Our company aims to deliver all items within 15 working days, it arrived earlier in 95% cases. As an international company serving customers worldwide, there may be occasional delays due to high demand. In such cases, we will keep you informed regarding any potential delays to ensure transparency.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please note that our company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Any fees or charges incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs and taxes). We strive to minimize the likelihood of additional taxes, but if they do arise, we will work diligently to resolve the matter. In the event that a package is returned due to unpaid customs or taxes, we will refund the product cost and retain the shipping charges.

Damages and Issues With Your Product

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. 

Refunds

We will inform you once we have received and assessed your return, and we will notify you of the refund approval status. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
